Virtual Campus for Innovative Management, Leadership and Strategic Communications – E-PROFMAN

Aim of the project

The aim of the project was to create an online professional development program for innovative management, leadership and strategic communications – e-PROFMAN.

Implemented by: SJPR (Leader), in partnership with DOBA University of Slovenia and University of Istanbul

Donor: Erasmus + program of the European Union

Duration: 2016-2018

Description of activities

The transnational program consisted of five online courses – three compulsory and two elective. The virtual campus enabled participants from the three countries to work together using a virtual classroom and a number of online resources. The lecturers also developed open educational resources in the areas of innovative management, leadership and strategic communications. In addition to online learning, participants and lecturers collaborated on a summer camp and a final seminar to develop semiannual and final projects.

The program provided full scholarships for 60 participants, and upon completion of the program, students received a diploma with 60 ECTS credits.
