In addition to the Master Degree, we also offer online professional development programs in the areas of management, leadership, entrepreneurship and strategic communications. These programs are made possible by collaborating with universities from Slovenia, Turkey and Lithuania, giving students access to top theorists and professionals. To date, ICS has implemented two free online programs funded by the Erasmus+ Program of the European Union.

The micromasters studies are free six-month specialized programs for: (1) Entrepreneurial ecosystem and innovation strategies; and (2) Digital Communications and Marketing. The programs are ideal for beginners in entrepreneurship, management and marketing and are delivered in the course of 2020. They are tailored for students, but also for employers, entrepreneurs, managers, consultants and anyone else interested in improving their business, leadership and communications skills. Upon completion of the programs, the students receive 25 ECTS credits per area.

e-PROFMAN was a free one-year online program for young professionals and students, which offered improvement of the managerial, leadership and communication skills needed in a competitive business environment. The program consisted of eight compulsory and optional online courses, and two events - a student camp and a seminar, which took place during 2017. Upon completion of the program, the students received a certificate for 60 ECTS credits.
