Leadership and Communication Management

Course description
The course will introduce you to the study and application of communication management, i.e. understanding communication as a function of management. The course addresses both the theory and practice of (1) organizational processes, forms of organization and their management, and (2) communication and management processes.
What will you learnm
- You will learn the principles of managing strategic communications as they apply to the practice of public relations;
- You will understand the most common management and communication styles and how social influences affect the leadership process;
- You will develop communication management skills.
How will you learn
Study course by course, through individual learning and teamwork in real-life situations, under the mentorship of renowned professors from Macedonia and abroad. If your commitments do not allow you to attend regular classes, learn in the ICS virtual classroom at any time and from anywhere.
