ANITA MACEK is an associate professor at the DOBA Faculty of Applied Business and Social Studies from Slovenia. Since 2009, she has also been a member of the Board of Directors of the Association of Economists of Slovenia. She has many years of experience in the field of increasing business efficiency, optimizing business processes, minimizing costs, creating vision and strategy, etc.

She has been involved in a number of consulting and research projects. Some of them refer to optimizing business processes and increasing added values ​​in various Slovenian companies; creating a vision and development strategy for different municipalities in Slovenia; project management and development of regional projects for different Slovenian regions; model for internationalization of companies in five steps and others.
