Innovative Management and Entrepreneurship (optional)
Course description
This course will introduce you to the nature of innovative management and entrepreneurship. Emphasis is placed on the characteristics of entrepreneurs, the principles of entrepreneurship and the need for innovation in entrepreneurship and management. Other topics in the course relate to the business environment, knowledge-based economy, innovative business models and feasibility analysis.
What will you learn
- You will learn and understand the basic principles and characteristics of entrepreneurship;
- You will acquire an understanding of the knowledge-based economy;
- You will understand new business models;
- You will be able to prepare a business plan, scripts for writing them and feasibility analysis.

Study course-by-course, through individual learning and teamwork in real-life situations, under the mentorship of renowned professors from Macedonia and abroad. If your commitments do not allow you to attend regular classes, learn in the ICS virtual classroom at any time and from anywhere.
