Vesna is responsible for planning and developing the systems for results assessment of the Institute of Communication Studies (ICS). She also takes care for integration of information and knowledge practices into the everyday work of ICS for purposes of professional development of employees and teams, and of organizational growth.

Vesna has extensive experience in management, mentoring and technical assistance in organizational and program development. She had implemented and/or managed programs and projects with international organizations, including the Institute for Sustainable Communities from the United States, the UK Department for International Development, and the World Council of Credit Unions. Vesna has a B.A. in Economics from the “Ss. Cyril and Methodius” University in Skopje.
