Another 19 postgraduates start their master’s studies at ICS

Public relations contribute to the success of an organization by building sound and long-term relationships with strategic groups – stakeholders and the public, and helping organizations align their objectives with the objectives and expectations of their surroundings. This was discussed by the new generation of postgraduates with the professor from Slovenia Pedja Ashanin Gole, at the first webinar of the Strategic Communications and Crisis Communications course.

In the Strategic Communications Management master’s programme, the students will also learn how to manage communications between the organization and its audiences, create and implement a digital communications strategy, crisis communications, reputation building and maintenance, and will also learn about the power of public diplomacy and political communications. Such knowledge, which is applicable in the public and private sector as well as civil society, will be acquired through online learning and team projects, with the guidance of dedicated professors and professionals from Macedonia and abroad.

The postgraduates of the two-year studies are currently taking the course Innovation Management and Entrepreneurship, and in the second year of the studies they will broaden their knowledge of modern public relations, intercultural communications, corporate social responsibility and marketing and brand campaigns.

At the same time, ICS is implementing the international online Micro-master’s Program in Digital Communications and Marketing, which is attended by about 190 students from Macedonia, Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Lithuania and Turkey. The program is implemented as part of the Erasmus + project of the Istanbul University in Turkey, Vitautas Magnus University in Lithuania, DOBA Business School in Slovenia and the Institute of Communication Studies in Macedonia.
